Cranberry, cinamon, goat cheese

Ok, so gourmet isn't for everyone, but don't let an odd sounding food keep you from trying it. Caviar? Escargot? Radicchio? There are a lot of foods that sound like they are from foreign planets, yet they are delicacies.

This cheese is is actually quite mild, and the cranberry and cinnamon flavors are understated. What can you do with it? If you are a fan of Bleu or Limburger, you might be able to eat it straight. If not maybe you would like it on crackers or toast. If you like Neaufchatel or Cream, perhaps you would like it spread on your morning bagel.

You may be able to find this unusual cheese in the gourmet section of your local grocer. If you do, spend the $3 for a 4 ounce ball and give it at try.
